I have just removed my trailer tent from Moss Farm in Rainford where it has been stored since June. I payed rent for the whole year assuming that if I stopped using the storage I would recieve some sort of refund only to find that I will reciave no refund at all. Is that fair as I wasn't told this when I paying for the year upfront? What other business could trade like this and get away with it?
Any comments.
If you didn`t ask about refunds before you agreed on the deal but just assumed you would get one then I don`t see why you`re complaining now. After all, if they rented you the space for a year then they would lose money on that space if they refunded you.
Moral of the story...never assume anything in a contract. Read it properly or ask questions before you sign or give verbal agreement. That IS how businesses work.
our storage is the same I think that's fairly customary. I would be inclined to keep an eye on "my" space and if someone uses it ask for a refund. I mean if its yours its yours!
------------- Good friends are hard to find, difficult to leave and impossible to forget.
don't pay i get mine on the front stoney garden but a friend he pays around £220ish i think and thats wether its a caravan, folding camper or just a trailer.
we had a small version of a carport to store our pullman under, was a tight fit end to end, but now with the fiesta it fits under nice and snug, if you have the room try to make up a small `lean to` with a couple of sheets of perspex for a roof, use some 2x2 softwood for construction of the shelter that would be strong enough,
