Sorry I can't comment on the Cabanon Neptune. However I bought a Stratos from them. The Manager, Kevin, and the rest of the lads are really helpful.

The price on the Stratos was comparable with other outlets.

I hope you get the help you need on this subject, I am sure you will.

I've looked around at a lot of outlets. Don Valley do not have a high pressure sales approach. They will tell you everything you need to know in a friendly manner.

They helped also with advice regarding the most suitable Wheelclamp and Hitchlock.

As I said in my last post the Manager Kevin is very helpful. When we went to pick our unit up he arranged for his staff to demo it. Time was never an issue they advised about towing and made sure we were correctly hitched up before setting off.

We are due a visit again soon. I have asked them to let me know when the have the Sun canopy available for the Stratos (due this month).

I would recommend them everytime.

Hi I bought my raclet from there and it has been fantastic no problems excellent customer service i also bought a tent from there about 3 years ago which has also been a good buy got a good price on both items often buy bits and bobs from there and not had any problems.

they even went through putting the tt up with me in the shop explaining how it unfolds etc as it was my first before i drove it away would deffinatley recomend the store.
