AAAaaaagh! I live in Pickering! The roads will be packed solid for miles around. If you go (and to the C&CC Feast of Lanterns, and to the Northern Motorcaravan Show) you should make every effort to avoid popular travelling times or your frustration will be nigh on unbearable!
Pickering is a most delightful market town with a great history. If you want to explore the town, please, oh please use the park and ride facilities. There is very little public parking available.
