Hi
This one is for Ratty/Bordercaz really but I don't know how to email them.
I hope i'm posting this in the right thread now as I posted it in the Central meets oops, thought shropshire was. Ohh well second attempt LoL.
I was wondering if we could have a meet up in Shropshire at the Foxholes Castle camping park by Bishops Castle.
We went there last weekend and was very pleasantly suprised. The rates were good and all showers and facility usage was free, the kids loved it due to it being a farm and the couple who own it are very nice indeed. There is no entertainment on site but who needs it we can make our own really. The views were spectacular and well the village was a typical oldy village thumbs up all round really, just a suggestion really.
Thanks Tina & Ian

we tried a UKCS meet here but it ended up as a micro meet! much has changed since then, not least the installatino of a rather nice looo and shower block - if anyone fancies giving us another go then feel free to sort out your dates.....------------- If you can't beat em, join em, so we did! And then we sold it for a holiday let & Glamping pod instead 😁

Erwlon Caravan and Camping site
This is a beautiful site in Llandovery, we stayed there on a meet last year hosted by Happy Camper 2004 (Naomi).
I would love to return here at some point, they make you feel very welcome and the facilities are brilliant

Looks very nice, but like all Welsh sites is expensive for families with 2 parents and more than one child. Why are Welsh sites so expensive?
The rallies seem to be caravans only and will be for exempted organisations like Caravan Club & C & C C.

Your probably right about the price Caz, it's such a shame though as it would be a great weekend away there.
