I have received an email from Trentfield Farm to say that although they have had lots of bookings for this meet, a number of deposits are still outstanding.  Therefore if your name is listed below and you are intending to come along then please send your deposit asap.  If you no longer require a pitch please email Ratty to let him know so that pitches can be reallocated.

All is OK, and the weather is booked.... The following names have NOT got hands in pockets yet and sent us a cheque.

These names have been booked for a while, currently we have lots wanting to come, but we are holding off because of the above. In blunt terms.... Payment in by Monday 1st October, or i'll give your pitch to someone else.

I know Stepehn Wood (Giner) and family are still planning to go. Will get on the  phone and tell 'em to send the cheque !!! LOL
