Hi,

My husband, myself and the kids would love to go to Elvaston again but I dont have a printer to print a copy of the advance booking form off so I can send payment.

Is there any other way I can pre-book or will it be safe just to turn up on Friday lunch time?

Last meet we went on was the Elvaston one around 3 years ago so we're a bit rusty

There is no problem turning up on Friday, the camp site will be open from 1200hrs. However the you will be unable to get the discounted price currently available by booking ahead. The full charge of £30 per unit will apply. Further details can be obtained via our website at www.elvastonsteam.org.uk

You could go to local library they will have a printer I use them when camping great service.  As it' s a postal booking  should be no problem.  Hope to see you there

Copy the information on to a blank sheet of paper by hand, then fill it in and send it off. I had to do that a couple of years ago.
