Hello to everyone from Barnsley i have just read my mum and dads thread and found serveral folk have been kind enough to answer,(mum and dad have bought one)

 particularly nice to hear  from Barnsley friends, i think it would be a fantastic idea for us all to meet up, as Grumbleflick and some other people may know i have been diagnosed with a tumour im my eye and on my temple, i am currently under going many tests (mri, ct, scans, angiogram, etc) at sheffield regarding it being begnign or malignent and then start my treatment so it is a very worrying time for my family, a meet would be fantastic is anyone interested and have any ideas? take care out there love lorraine

Hi Lorraine, Grumbleflick mentioned a Barnsley meet because they like the look of the site we are going to for Bonfire Night and it's quite local to us up ere in Barnsley. We're going with Sunburnden & co (also from Barnsley) so if you are interested, check it out on the campsite search.  Sounds like they are trying to make an effort, with bonfire, display, drink & hotdog, but don't know much else about the site other than it's recently changed hands and there is no loo/shower facilities.

I think this will probably be our last trip out in 2007, so if you can't make it, perhaps we could all get together in 2008.
