Nicki, the way it's showing you to go on their website is A19 past "that bridge" (lol) the way you go to Whitewater, but carry on up to Hartlepool, then through Hartlepool to Dalton.
If you wanted to stay on the A1 to Darlington, then take the A689 to Hartlepool then you could do that, not sure which would be quickest. But I'm sure if you got to Hartlepool & gave us a ring Adam would come and meet you.
We're gonna be there around 1pm(ish) on Friday hopefully, what time are you getting there?
Bill you will both be welcome on Saturday night, congratulations on the wedding aniversary
I wouldn't fancy crossing the A19 with a caravan, there is also a tight bend at the bottom of Dalton village.
You could keep going on the A19 and come of at the A179 Hartlepool, turn right at the roundabout follow the road down past the golf course (and my house lol) straight over the round about, straight on at the traffic lights at the next roundabout turn right past Aldi. Keep going turn right at the next round about straight on past the school and the housing estate keep going (you are now in the countryside lol) take the next left at the cross roads follow the road down and Ashfield is on the left.
That seems a very long way but it will probably only take ten mins, have a look on google maps for a close up.
Hope this help's
This is the way I will be going with the van, 5 mins and I will be there lol
Congratulations Bill on your anniversary, Don't worry you are not the only oldies there...lol
Carole do you want some food for the party like last time?
Do you want some prizes for the childrens Bingo?
I am not sure what time we will be there on Saturday, depends on whether Ian is working on Saturday morning, if not then should be there for about 12 nooon.
Got to start getting organised,
Niki
