Hi all, I'm thinking of going to Pillaton Hall, near Cannock Chase from around 19th - 22/23rd July - I'm a single mom with 9 year old daughter and this will be my first time towing the little old van we have bought anywhere!!  I haven't booked yet, as I'm waiting to confirm some other dates in my diary, but if you would be interested in coming along pls let me know and I will post info here.   I'm also putting this on singles and single parent meet forum.

Pillaton Hall is £15.00 per night for electric for family of four, no charges for awning or dogs.  We have been to this site before and its very friendly, and had a nice play area - I think they have put a new playarea with sand etc on also for this year.  Shower blocks and toilets were fine when we were there.

Hiya Steve, I already am coming to the meet you are holding there in September!!

Just trying to get away sooner and as I need to PERFECT my towing skills to say the least, I thought I might try a few days at the beginning of the summer hols there before going anywhere else.  I wasn't trying to organise a proper meet or anything or to step on anyone's toes (hope I haven't), I just thought it might be more fun if not just me there.
