there is a small campsite just outside whalley bridge (or something bridge ???) on the road to buxton, its next to a pub called shady oak. we are hoping to get away at new year to only trouble is i`m at work on new years eve, so will have to be within a hour or so drive so we still got some daylight when we get there

eddy. i am interested. is there any transport to get to the camp site. i have free tavel on the train to get to the area. but is the station anywhere near the camp site. and any shops for food.
