We are planning to go to the Great Langdale NT site for New year, no other plans yet as weather will bee the big factor, but hopefully some walks around the valley, perhaps up the Gill but deffo the pub for New year

Ill be at coopers in edale for the new year for my first trip of 2012 and my last of 2011.

Either the rambler or the nags will be having a new years bash the last one was excellent.

We'll go on the weather if it's clear and crisp it'll be the lakes if it's unsettled we'll head for Edale closer to home and not so expensive if the weathers really bad We'd spend a fortune in Ambleside sales if weathers really naff .

Edale and the Nags head for me 1577 as good for breakfast as it is for the last pint of the night and a nice open fire too.
