We are sitting in Faskally Caravan park just up the top of the hill all on our own. I can only see one tent in the park. It's rained on and off all the time we have been here since Thursday night. So many changes on the site I'm not liking it very much any more. I did not know that a meet was on otherwise I would have posted before.
That might have been Bensmum in that tent Craft lady!!!! What a pity you saw this thread so late Or you could have met up??? She will probably be back home now..As she was only going for one night...

Went to faskally years ago and quite liked it, however the last time we went we thought it was quite run down, so decided to try Blair Castle, imo Blair Castle's a much better site
Hi craft lady,I am on pitch 29,just brought my grandson home will be back for 2 nights at least if you are still there tonight Ill come up and say hello.

Hi Andycapp I am so pleased that you came to see us. It was so nice to see you. I hope we will meet up some time. My Andy enjoyed your company. Grandson is now home with his mum driving her mad. If you are at the Falkirk wheel anytime give us a shout and we could meet up..Take care Yvonne
Hi Craft Lady & Bensmum, Yuonne, glad to here you all got home safely. The last time we were at the Falkirk Wheel we took our bikes and had a cycle along the tow-path towards Edinburgh.
The next time we are there we will let you know. Hope we can have a meet again soon.
Bensmum, sorry but I was setting up on site when you added your post on Friday afternoon, so was not sure if you were still going. I regret now not putting in a post on Thursday night, like you with your son, I could not disappoint my grandson.
In hindsight we met briefly I think on Friday night, you were setting up in the left corner under the trees, My grandson & I walked round the tent ground to see if we could find you.
Hopefully we can get together at another meet sometime soon,( in better weather)
All the best to you all,
Andy
