As millermicm says, it may be a pretty niche market you're seeking out , as in most things summat'll turn up , may have to look in a roundabout way . There's plenty of veedub clubs about , even vw camper clubs , some even advertise as gay friendly ,in the link below these clubs are from your neck of the wood . The wales drop tag one from Newport seems a little tongue in cheek , or may do what's written on the tin .
If your Gaydar is working you will certainly see a few gay couples at VW festivalls. I have not heard of any gay Vdub clubs. There are a few gay camping clubs, Freedom being one of them.
I have to say I have never felt the need to seek out a gay VW club. The nature of the VW scene is laid back. Most folk are only interested in you van/car. Going camping and having a good time.
We have been Motorhoming for ten years Scot. We did look at the Freedom Club but decided not to bother. We have just bought a new California and will probably continue as before. Only place we have seen quite a few guys was in Brighton CC Site but that was hardly surprising. The Gays like their home comforts they are not hardy souls like us.
