soon as i get a smaller tent i may join you. i got all the gear. even a wife, but i doubt she will want to go to the place i want to go. the tent i have is a sendero four. nice tent tent. big porch to stand up in. . but no good for one person to wild camp. just need a small tent for that and decent rucksack.

think I have the best of both worlds to be honest have Glasgow ten minutes down the road can cycle to work along a great Sustrans cycle path, then the Trossachs with a shed full of Munros and just beautiful country side have just taken up tenting as want to get 'close to nature' and share the experience of being outdoors, so hopefully CampingScot can meet up. Sean
