vik the road off the a65 is fine a bit whindy but very open ( no walls)  the enterance to the site is on the right and is narrow then you pull passed the ralley field then reverse back then drive in the field

Was toying with idea of taking tent as it's just for 1 night and no leccie

Had great fun when we went off in tent other week with kids

If anyoone's still here..............

I was at the site at 7.40am this morning dropping the van off (on call today and didn't fancy having to turn around with a van on to shoot back to Kendal) - it was very windy and showery when I left at 11am.

One tent flying the UKCS flag was up in the rally field, but, dunno who it was cos when I went to the field they had scarpered............must have seen me coming!

the farm is the 2nd one on the right coming from the A65, it seemed a loooooooong way from the main road and was panicking I had taken a wrong turn.
