Just looked at the road situation.  Road works on Ribby Rd in Wrea Green.  Temp traffic lights.  Remenber this bit was narrow and was also full of parked cars as you approach the roundabout to turn left in the middle of the village.

oh thanks bob, we are coming in through preston so hopefully be ok first time with trailer on normally fit stuff in but on this occaision more than loaded up.  Never put a tent up when its pooring down before soe hopefully  it will stop for us while we get it up.  if this was just a normal weekend camping I can honestly say I think I would have whimped out now.  oh well got plenty of warm gear just tyding the bomb site then packing car trailer etc so see you all when we arrive sometime today safe journey all take care

Don't worry, the roadworks may make it easier to navigate Wrea Green.  We have a caravan on the back and made it through.  I use the HGV tactic and say HEY I'M bigger than YOU so I'm coming through lol.
