We have been there today for a few hours with Jason, Sarah, Paul, Hil, Julie etc and it was so so cold, i dont envy them another night out there.

But the hot roasted nuts were damn good

 Jason needs to keep off the nuts as he was farting like a trooper and cleared a whole area  in one fowl blast!!

Hope they have a good rest of weekend.

It was nice to meet everybody, thanks for all the help.  Pity about the cold, but enjoyed it despite that. I'm going to get a diesel heater! (Gas would not stay lit!)

Very quiet about this meet.  We were at Newark but weren't able to camp with UKCS.  We did walk past a couple of times but due to the cool weather no one was sitting out.

Didn't realise it was 2 of the UKCS group playing darts with Bob Anderson.

The entertainment onm Saturday night was excellent and the organisers so enthusiastic.  What a great guy Bob Anderson was and the Golden Eagles were really good.
