Last year I insured my camper van for a year but used it for 3 months in total. Are there any alternatives to this. Is pay as you go. 🤔👍

You may have only used the camper for three months but what if the vehicle got damaged during the months that you are not using it and you needed to make a claim?
The only solution is to insure it for third party cover only which would reduce the annual cost of the insurance premium.

Or worse, stolen. (See the list that UKCS keeps.) Third party, fire & theft cover, I’d have thought.

Third party fire and theft is often more expensive than comprehensive!

You can get SORN ins for cars/vehicles that are laid up or only used seasonally which means you also save on the road fund licence while it is sorned.
Adrian flux do it.
