Hi, this has stopped working recently. The lights on the temp dial do not come on when selected for gas operation - normally lights red then turns to green on ignition. THere is definitely 230V connected and gas supply working. Truma helpline was not much help. First check I will do is for 12v on the back of the dial, but what other fuses will there be? in the boiler itself? Or will there be a separate 12V fuse somewhere else..there is nothing in the EC200 PSU labelled specifically for the boiler..wondering if theres another fuse panel perhaps the main vehicle one?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?

Hi Lippy. This may sound a bit odd, but was your side window open above the boiler? I'm asking this because some motorhomes have a microswitch on the window to detect if its open. If it is, then the boiler won't ignite. A safety feature, so any fumes from the flue of the boiler don't re-enter the motorhome via the window and poison/kill the occupants.
