I am looking for some help please ,
I have just purchased a 1993 VW t4 Valentine Holdsworth 1.8 petrol Motorhome , the exhaust needs to be replaced , as blowing at manifold and seems to have no back box , ( unsure if backbox should be there ) .
I live in West London , and i am having trouble finding somewhere that may do a replacement , may need to be custom made , hopefully not ,
has anyone got any suggestions on where i could take my very noisy , petrol infused cab , roaring beast to be fitted with a new one ?? ,
I just Googled T4 petrol exhaust system and got loads of possible solutions so it shouldn't be too hard to get one. The owner's clubs are always good for links to parts suppliers too.
will look at the owners club , and see if they have any advise too , have been under the van and the exhaust weaves around and comes out left hand side , thought maybe it would have to be custom built ,
Ebay is always good as well. Places like Halfords and Kwik Fit will always tell you that they are unavailable and need to be custom made, because they cannot be bothered. Very often, we need to find these parts ourselves and get a spanner monkey to fit them
