There’s an independent carpet fitter’s shop in the town near me, in the list of what they do it mentions fitting caravan & Motorhome carpets. Too far for you, but check your local independents: it’s just a question of cutting shape(s) and binding the edges. (Can’t speak from experience, as we’ve got rugs over our ‘issued’ carpets so they’re still in good nick.)

There are also companies on ebay that advertise that they do caravan / motorhome carpets.

Mobile service did a good job on my caravan not sure of the area they will cover Mobile caravan and motorhome carpets

My husband is a carpet fitter and he fitted new carpets himself in our van as it didn't come with any - he just cut to size and had the edges whipped. It may be worth asking local carpet fitters as they should be able to do it.
