We went on a 200 mile round trip to see my brother. Noted that fuel worked out at 26.5 mpg, hopefully this will improve once the miles start to rack up, but thus far very happy with the 'home.
Congratulations to those opting for a new camper this year. While our kids are so young (we have five!) I doubt we'll ever get a new one but when they are grown up and off on their own................................. :)

Thanks to you both and well done again on your recent purchases. As I said we have five kids and if we got something too new (too good :) ) they'd have a field day!
But some time in the future we'll definately get a new camper - 2015 is looking good. Haha!

Hope it all works out well for you travelling man, I also have had to wait untill the girls grew up, I only wish I could have afforded one when they were younger.
JOHN.
PS. five kids, twelve grandchildren, and two years to go for sixty, where as the time gone.
John, you poor lad, you must be a glutton for punishment - like me!
Truth be known, I have been married twice and have a grown up family living in the London area. My eldest over there is 31 and I have 3 grandkids in London also, so a bit to go to catch up with you there, John...ha-ha!
Anyway, my latest wife (of the last 15 years) and I have five kids together and our youngest, Leo, is just 20 months, our eldest is almost 14.
Between my first marriage and this one I have 10 children in total. It's an interesting time when we are all together, I can tell you, but as my kids from the first marriage all live in London this doesn't happen as often as we'd wish.
By the way, I won't 50 until next Thursday, 13th March
