We own a 1987 Talbot Express Autosleeper, which we bought in 2006, we travel to France from Ireland every year and drive as far down as the South of France, been in Italy Spain and Switzerland and when we are not away we tour around Ireland and our wee van has served us well. Apparently the Talbots are a good van when you are buying old less problems with damp and I have to admit our van is dry no problems at all. Of course it needs some work done for MOT but nothing major. I would say go ahead and buy one, get someone to check it for you and enjoy many many adventures and fun .

So how much work is "normal" work to have done to pass the MOT for an old MH?
