I should point out that we don't use the "pub stopovers" scheme, although friends of ours do...and they seem to get on well with it(and Britstops)

Due to work, our breaks away have to be planned/"targeted"(so as to make best use of the time) and as handy as these schemes are, they'd probably come into their own more for those who can  "tour" and can bimble at will..

Hi...just to let you all know checking this out may be of help to you all with motorhomes, as you tour around our beautiful country. I have to say.....they are not free....but they are convieneient, and certainly legal. A perfectly ordinary guy set it up..........and has done all of the work himself, which has prompted Councils to be more helpfull with motorhome parking. I am sure that by using this site, and contacting the councils who are on it...it may just help the guy who took the time to do it...and also encourage more and more councils to come on board.
