You'll probably have to double up on your kitchen stuff. Easier than remembering the can opener etc.
My advice would be to have a 1-2 night away at the start of the season - to make sure everything has over-wintered ok. And to make a note of the stuff you've forgotten. Various charity shops have sold us things we've left behind, over the years. But heading off for a 3 week trip as the first foray of the year is never a good idea.
