Hi,
If you have a Road Tanker company near you, it could be worth making a phone call to them, as there are many specialist ways of cleaning road tankers which carry many different products.( Most tankers are however Stainless Steel, but similar techniques may be possible ). I just hope no one has drawn any water through your taps, otherwise all your pipework and seals will be contaminated. Diesel contamination is one of the worst to get rid of due to smell and oil.
