I hear a large number of transit owners which were banned have been made exempt (late smileys i think with the EPIC TD engine?)

Just checked my 02 Convoy van and it says it's ok ,i did not think it would be.

Not that i am thinking of going anywhere near London with it.

iv had an idea

ill sell chugga and buy a caravan and cruise round Westminster quite legally but causing traffic havoc, seems fair to me

Campervans are exempt if petrol, it only comes in if diesel and a certain age i think! luckily my 1965 petrol camper is exempt!

My van is non compliant from January and i live just inside the zone.Will i be fined £200 a day if my van is parked on my driveway until late March without having filters fitted.Cannot get any sense from lez operators.
