Hi,

Only problem I have had was trying to inflate them, if you have adapted valves ie; that point outwards or you find a garage that as the push/pull type of inflater then no problem. If you dont, like me, then its down to removing the wheels and using a commpressor at home, took me about an hour. Still its only once or twice a year and it gives you a chance to look at the brakes etc .

Lots of tyre sales places will give you a pressure test if you ask and they will top them up for you.

Good Luck  Romin Ron

Just to add if you do romove your wheels do remember to re-torque the nuts or studs after about 10 miles commercial wheel studs do have a nasty habit off working loose

You can get valve extentions which save you climbing under to do the inner wheel.  All round better on the road and off it than single wheel. Never had any trouble with my transit, even across a very muddy field. Used to pull out front wheel drives regular. And most wheel arches can be fitted with either, so the space taken isn't usually a lot different.
