Hello everybody I have some bad news my beautiful 1978 leyland sherpa has hung up its boots. I didnt even get a chance to take it out this year at all. Its a great shame and it looks like im going to have a camperless summer and i cant think of anything worse after being able to hit the open road whenever i pleased last year. Anyway keep on camping im sure to return in the not so distant future
That's a shame - and I recently sold my 1984 sherpa autosleeper for £850. I used it every summer for 4 years and it was a brilliant runner - always started first time after I fitted electronic ignition. I'd would have kept it if the beds were more comfortable. Keep a check on ebay mate something might turn up.
