Hi,
i have just purchased a Outdoor Revolution Easi Canopy to fit on my compass avantgarde motorhome. I have now realised that my van doesn't have a awning rail but a gutter!! So the canopy will not fit.
I bought a length of figure of eight, but this just falls off the gutter!!
Does anyone know how I can attach it? Please help!

I'm not sure if this canopy has a seam along the edge of it, or you could just fold the material back and sew one in. You would then slide a thin pole into the seam and sit it in the gutter, you then use clamps at either end to secure it.
This is how many of them work.

Thanks for that.
The canopy does have an awning bead sewn in, but is too thick for my gutter.
My gutter is quite thin, but I will look for a pole to fit, and replace it from the bead. Do you know where I can purchase the clamps?
Many Thanks.

if your van has smooth sides you could buy a lenght of awning rail & stick it on your van with polyurathane sealant/adhesive such as Sikaflex 512------------- Every day should be a holiday!
