Has anyone used awning suction clamps on the side of a coachbuilt motorhome?
Do they work, or do they slide and fall off?

I had some of the JK ones and found they didn't work too well, but they were specifically designed to take a pole that threaded through the awning, slight bit of wind and they were off.
Maybe the suction lifters would work better.

I,m just going to stick the suction lifters to the side of the van and either tywrap or bungee the" down" pole to the lifters anythings worth a go, cause the poles move in the wind, which in turn makes all my "C" clips on the awning fly off which in turn lets the wind get under the awning and frightens our lass to death, which keeps us awake all night, (she can half moan !)
