Hi , Is it a pop up roof? , with an old HI Ace with a pop up roof I used normal car door seal which pushes on a lip, I got it from a local car parts shop or you could try these, http://www.classiccar-trim.com/, they sell all sorts of seals.

If it's a pop up roof a standard seal might do.  Just Kampers sell it by the metre.
