Hello everyone

Just a little query, how much should I expect to pay for a 1998 Transit Autosleeper Duetto (diesel) with 86k miles?

Can't tell you what to expect, but if you log on to some dealers sites, Spinney, Lazey days, Marquise, Barrons etc, that would give you an idea what dealers are selling for. If it were a private sale you would expect to pay less.

We bought a 1998 Duetto diesel in April 2003 and paid £18000 from a dealer.  We traded the van in in May 2005 and recieved the same amount.

So probably no more than £15000 depending on whether it is a private sale or from a dealer.  Don't forget if you haven't got a trade in you should be able to knock them down a good bit.  If you are trading in the only figure that counts is the amount you pay as dealers always manipulate the figures to offset VAT etc.

Todds usually have a few Duettos, Richard Baldwin and Cleveland are other websites to look at as well as HarleyJohns suggestions.

I had a quick look on Google but some have £18995 which seems too much to me.
