My motorhome has damaged external rails (the bit where you slide awning onto) and so I wonder if anyone knows where I could get replacements cos I've tried any places and no-one seems to know!

If the rails are part of the awning fixing then you could try the awning manufacturer.

I have recently had to order some parts for my Ominstor Awning, I got them from

Caracamp Ltd
Unit 11
Birch Copse
Technology Road (off A349 - cabot lane)
Poole
Dorset
BH17 7FH

Tel: +44 (0)844 8009949

They even supplied me with adaptors for our safari room, as my van has a recessed awning and the original fittings weren't designed for the recess.

They are the UK agents for Omnistor. If you have a Fiama then try their website for replacement parts or suppliers.

If it is part of your van that is damaged try to converter for replacement parts.
