It depends on age as to mirror lens is plastic or metal. Many new cars suffer from condensation in front and rear lamps, mainly with the new plastic lens, from a warranty/manufacturing point of veiw "if it clears within 20 mins with lights on" it is not a problem. For the MOT only if the beam pattern is affected...... PJ
