I think that some of the people on the Self Build site have built their own.

Thanks, had a look at the site. Has some very useful links and info. Still right now fancy a second hand unit to see how i get on with it. Transition from a caravan to motorhome.
Thanks for your help.

They do come up for sale on Ebay every now and again - I think it's just a matter of being patient! I'm not sure what an L200 truck looks like, but you will need to get approx dimensions, etc and make sure that your truck will carry the weight of the demountable and that it can indeed be fixed to your cab. Mines on a Bedford Rascal, others I've seen on a Honda Acty, Citroen 15, etc. The demountables are made to fit certain types of pick and they will not fit just anything. Check with the bedford site about the base vehicle.
go here .. if you scroll down the page, you'll see the demountable on a bedford rascal pick up.

With Demountable campers most manufacturers make a model to fit double cab pick ups, king cab pick ups and even some single cab, the problem with single cab pick ups though is when you are away from the camper, you have no storage space.
We do three models for the double cab.
All the best Nolan.

With the number of Crew Cab veihicles now being sold, these things will make a very attractive idea in a few years.
I recently saw the crew cab version of this IVECO and it would be a great vehicle to hang a demountable on
