Having looked at around 200 motorhomes in recent months we have spotted a 2004 Rimor Superbrig 678 which seems to tick most of the boxes for us.

As this would be our first motorhome purchase, is there anything you would warn us about regarding this particular model before we go ahead and take the plunge?

Thanks

Bids

Hi,

I have an 07 ford rimor kat6 with a 350TDCi engine and it's bloody marvellous. The rimor finish is quiet good to, more robust that classy i would say....

Well, we've been and had another look and everything seemed to be ok, so we've paid our deposit and will be collecting in about 3 weeks.  I guess we'll find out then eh!

Looking forward to spending this Spring testing her out on the island and then venturing further afield (well the mainland) in the Summer.

Oooh yes, we picked her up last Friday.

Spent the next couple of days giving her a nice spruce up.  Had a sleep-over on the drive one night.  Spent this afternoon at the beachside - didn't worry about the VERY high winds blowing in from the water coz we were sitting lovely and snug watching the world go by from inside.  Even the dog was happy to climb in for a ride - and she hates, hates, hates any vehicle.

We're 'in training' now for our first ever venture in a mh - the show at Peterborough.

Christened her Bella as she's a cute little Italian number - hope she looks after us as well as we'll look after her!!

I must be missing something - is it bad weather on the mainland at the moment then?   Apart from being windy here today, it's been quite nice really.

The real place for MHs is France I just love it there lots of free parking lovely quiet roads most places are MH friendly spent 2 months in britterny last year it was out of this world , I'm off across the the channel in June got the ferry booked seafrance is really cheap at the moment £27 one way for a MH and two people . Portugal for the winter and back to UK in april thats a year away from UK and PM Brown, just cant wait to get away. If you enjoy your MH as much as I'v enjoyed Mine over the past two years you'll do all right.
