  MY DAUGHTER PASSED HER TEST IN 1994  CAN SHE DRIVE OUR SUNDANCE 630 WHEN WE GET  IT IN SEPT ?

ALSO ARE THERE ANY DRIVING COURSES WE COULD DO TO IMPROVE OUT SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE ?

Hi Lynda, I think it will depend on the max weight of the vehicle, if it is less than 3500kg a car licence would be sufficient.

As Linda's daughter passed her Test in 1994 the relevant weight is 7,500 Kgs. It is only those who have passed since 1/1/97 when the New Drivers Act came into force that are restricted to 3,500 Kgs.

A quick look at her Licence will confirm this.

Caz is right of course, sorry for my mistook, I misread the date the test was passed amd thought it was after the changes were introduced.
