we are newbees at motor home travel can any one tell us why when we turn the back lights on the fuse blows or any where we can get the eletrics tested in the enfield area motor home is a 1979 ci motor home

sounds like you have a short after the switch

on a 79 van it could be frayed or vibration damaged cable coming up for 30 years old it could be anywhere

by back lights do you mean the vans road lights or back interior lights?

yes the road back lights also no lights on the dash board not sure where all the wires go
