We're currently looking at having a F45Ti awning fitted to our Duetto but as we still want to use our OutdoorRevolution porch awning from time to time,I was wondering if,what looks like an integral awning rail(..well,from the diagrams in the brochure anyway!),that runs along the front edge of the F45, would be up to the job of supporting it?

..or would I still need to fix a second rail (..be it either to the underside of the awning box or the van it self?..)

I do realise that this recess is/would be only intended by Fiamma to support their various screen/shades.

At the moment we're just using fig 8 onto the van gutter...

Any feedback from Fiamma awning owners would be very much appreciated.
