my motorhome insurance currently with Caravan Club is due for renewal....oops feeling ill already!  I have chopped and changed several times over the last few years, and even shopping around can sometimes help reduce current quote.....£331fully comp, protected NCB,legal assistance, etc. 

The packages by CC and CCC do take into account some of the specifics of motorhome insurance, and some 'specialist companies' offer specific motorhome deals, at an exhorbitant rate.

have 2000 hymer, not that that is particularly relevant.  needs to cover possessions if possible, as not covered by household insurance, also over 60 days european cover, and the usual awnings, cooking equipment/gas, etc., which is NOT covered if you are on a strictly 'car' policy that pretends to cover motorhomes.

The costs.........now that is pretty critical too

Insurance is becoming increasingly difficult, as so many are part of another group anyway, they just have a different name.  Any experience of customer service in the event of problems, would be appreciated too........thanks
