I can tell you that on the C25/Ducato/Talbot, the heater/air intake under the bonnet will fill up if the outlet at the bottom becomes blocked. The water will come in through the air vent & down on to the floor; might be worth a look? The C15 will be different but still might be blocked?

Is your water (scuse the pun) running over the dash? or from under it?

Hi Al-n-ing

funny name ! thanks for your help,

Just spent 2 hours on finding the fault. Think we got it sussed! Under bonnet at  back there is a drain, which looks like its been blocked for a very long time as it's a mess, finally unblock drain hole, which is incidently very badly designed as the water from front vents under w'screen has to go over a lip and into pipe. This had become blocked by a small piece of rubbish off van, and filled up with water in all that awful rain we've had and finally found its way down the back of dash down peddles soaking the carpets and underlay, must have been dripping for ages.

will let you know if it's done the trick,

best regards Babs
