If it's for cab screens, I assume the window is glass. Is the window treated with something for some reason eg anti-glare, which might sto it sticking? If not, have used some type of spirit like meths to make sure there's no grease on the window? If no joy, I would return the screens as they are not fir for purpose ie will not stick up. Hope you get sorted.
