Hi

We bought ours from Discover online for £114. 00 Free delivery. We also keep our m/h in the garage but keep it covered as hubby uses wood working machinery in there as well. Also keeps the condensation off.

Have a look at towsure online as well

It may pay you to run a dehumidifier as well

I have read and been told that a full cover can increase the damp inside the van, even the breathable ones.

Would be intersested to find out more.

Well as I said our m/h is in the garage covered with cover from Discover £114.00 we have an oiled filled heater inside which we put on every so often.  Hubbys wood working machines are also in there  so van is protected from condensation from roof and any saw dust from machines we have access inside the van. So will let you all know how it goes end of Feb 2009

Hi All

Thanks for the replys i will be looking for the cover in the next couple of weeks but that isnt Motorhome away for winter hope to use it at least once a month. I dont have a dehumidifire but i have loads of the white bags you get that keep moisture out as we use them at work i dont mean the small ones you get in your new trainers but same idea only about 100 times bigger used these in caravan and it kept it nice and dry.

Hi Gerry.

We use a cover from Specialised Accessories, www.caravancovers.com

They are not the cheapest, but the cover has three layers, the outer protects from sunlight, central one keeps rain out but lets moisture excape, and the inner layer is soft to protect from abrasion. We have used it for a couple of years now and never had damp problems in the van or problems with the paint. The cover is made to measure. Good luck.

We have this one in grey - 12ft to 14ft Breathable Caravan Cover from www.caravancoversonline.co.uk. Don't know about it increasing any damp inside as we've only just started using it, but it certainly keeps the rain out.
