Hi all, we just purchased our 1st Motor home in september this year. Everything was going great until we lost the reception on the tv. I noticed the red led on the booster seemed to be dimming over the duration of a few days. Now there's no light and no reception. Does any one know if this is easily fixed or will I have to take it back to the dealers?
Thanks
Jim

Did you charge the Leisure Battery? As the aerial booster is usually supplied from that one and not the starter battery.

Yes, if the battery charger is switched on.

I know it sounds obvious, but have you checked to make sure the 12v power lead has'nt worked it's way partway out of socket, as it's easy to catch it if mounted in wardrobe

Normally if the light is diming their is a short on the ariel lead. Have you tried unscrewing the input and outpu cables, if one clears it then you need to check for a short. Just one to try prior to the dealer visit.
