Depending on the surface!
A plastic scraper is the safest. Then white spirit as long as it doesn't mark the original surface. If it's a hard surface a kraft knife blade is best followed by white spirit.
PS. A finger nail is also useful
PSS. There is no easy way!

I was showing a guy with black plastic panels on a Autosleeper how good Simonized back to black for tyres works when it started to remove the silicone bonding the panels together
No harm done as it happens but it did lift it fairly easily so perhaps it's good at this too??

1 gallon of petrol - pour over the van, light. That'll shift it !
Hi Nomes - see y'all soon if this snow clears. Van's trapped in a sea of ice at the moment.

I'll second the unibond silicone remover, there's also a product called Silicone Eater by Everbond which I've used too.
It's available on line from loads of places, just google, and maybe cheaper than the likes of B&Q.
