Can any T25 VW petrol wedge owners give me some idea what to expect to the gallon.

Mine seems a bit thirsty

Are you using it on long journeys or around town? I use mine daily for taking the children to school etc as well as weekends away and it  does about 200 miles on £40 petrol (come on someone work this out for me) - unleaded, about 82p a litre from sainsbury's....I think about 20 miles per gallon.

hi! Floomel,

I use the van as everyday transport (shopping etc) because my other transport is a m/bike.    (of course we do get away in the van, but can't say iv'e noticed an improvement in consumption)

I think at 20 to the gallon, you won't be far out, because as i have said mine seems thirsty
