Hi all, can anyone help i'm swaping from caravan to mortorhome and would like a little freedom so i'm thinking of carrying a small scooter but without having the van yet i cant weigh the axels and wot not anyway think i'm goin for a coachbuilt 5 berth dinette sette with bath/rm kitchen at back around 20' or 6.4m mark looking at a bessacarr fiat chasis with alco extention 2000kg on back axel anyone any experiance with payloads and adding a scooter rack any advice welcome cheers.marc
Well my friend as it happens i have a Honda SKY 50cc in excellent condition, and like you i wanted that bit more freedom in Europe where we have just returned from. But thats not all i also have a proper scooter rack built by PWS of Poole, it is extremely well made and it will take up to more than 150 kilos, if you are intersted you can come and have a look, i'm only down the road from Wigan re, at the end of the M58 literally, or if you wish i can email you some photos of both that is if you send me your email address.
