Seeing as every campsite in the area is full, does anyone have any ideas they want to share about where we could pull up for the night. We’ve never “wild camped” before, but am wanting to give it a try. It’s only a small VW van and I’m just wanting somewhere safe where we hopefully won’t get any hassle.

The closer the better, but anywhere within a 1/2hr’s drive is fine!

Before you get to staveley on the a591 take the turning signposted for the camping & caravan site. the old road went that way and there is plety of room to pull up.
