window winder handles are held in place by a U shaped clip, look at the 1 fitted, push the door card either side of winder away from winder base, you will see the clip, insert screwdriver blade between & gently push on open end of clip until it de-locates,winder will now come off. If you look at your new winder you will see 2 slots in base where the clip is located where it slides onto main spindle,
